What did you think of 'In The Loop'? As you know I am a rare cinema goer but took myself to see this. I was actually just a tad disappointed. I thought it was a good film but I didn't think it was as good as some has made out.
In particular I thought that the casting was poor (Peter Capaldi and The General aside) which meant that some of the characters didn't have the impact they should have had.
I had just read 'The Fall of the House of Bush' the week before which chronicles the real pre-war events depicted in this film so perhaps I was expecting something even more biting.
The film 'missed' for me - but only just.
